He then advanced to the position of Senior Lawyer at Lazeti Tobacco LLC, while simultaneously serving as Legal Advisor for the construction company Vitruvius Construction LLC.

Currently, Bacha serves as the legal head and strategic advisor for multiple leading companies. He represents the Head of Legal Department of Delivery company DELIVO.
